NEPTUNE ROSES
Psychology & Acting
Acting & Writing
Many find therapy beyond talk therapy. We use a therapeutic approach to teaching the acting and screenwriting.
Wellness
Yin yoga, acting, & chakras are incredible tools that can help calm the body and relax the mind.
Counseling
We embrace wellness, the mind & body connection, to aid in our mental health therapy practice.

Workplace Classes
Corporate Wellness & Yoga
During our wellness session, we’ll work towards calming the mind through stretching the body with beginner friendly yin yoga poses, more advanced pose options for those wanting a challenge, guided meditation, and other mindfulness practices. Our focus is on educating about how the mind and body are connected and how to apply that information to our lives. Wellness practices can serve as a wonderful team-building exercise, help reduce employee stress, help boost productivity, and job satisfaction.

Alternatives to Therapy
Acting Classes
Therapy doesn’t have to be limited to sitting across from a therapist and talking through what’s bothering you. Many people find alternatives to therapy, such as yoga, writing, exercising, and hiking, to be therapeutic and help them work through their vices. Although our acting classes are not therapy, they are designed to be therapeutic in nature.
We teach individuals how to embrace their acting abilities and grow in their confidence to perform. Our classes might be a great fit for you if you’ve always wanted to learn to act but don’t want to make it a career, want to have an acting career, or already know how to act and want to be around like minded people. We also provide a cohort experience option that creates a short film for YouTube with our cohort actors.
TV/Film Screenwriting Classes
Therapy doesn’t have to be limited to sitting across from a therapist and talking through what’s bothering you. Many people find alternatives to therapy, such as yoga, writing, exercising, and hiking, to be therapeutic and help them work through their vices. Although our TV/Film script writing classes are not therapy, they are designed to be therapeutic in nature.
We teach individuals how to embrace their creativity and story-telling abilities and grow in their confidence to share their art. Our classes might be a great fit for you if you’ve always wanted to learn to write scripts but don’t want to make it a career, want to have a writing career, or already know how to write and want to be around like minded people. We also provide a cohort experience option that creates a short film for YouTube with our cohort writers. We use methods taught in The Screenwriter’s Bible by David Trottier.
Day Classes
Our day classes are for individuals who want to learn the art of acting or the art of screenwriting, but are only interested in a two-hour class at this time. This class is available on certain Fridays and Saturdays throughout the month and is in-person only (Jacksonville, FL). We still teach the same content as our usual classes, but in a scaled back form to fit into the two-hour window.
This options works great for anyone looking for a weekend activity in Northeast Florida, companies looking for a fun team-building activity (one-hour class options available), people wanting to test out our classes before signing up for the monthly or cohort classes, etc.

Online Classes
Psychology & Wellness
Our Patreon will receive several new videos every month on various wellness topics. These topics range from explanations on chakras, crystals, self-care, and wellness practices from around the world.
Each video will tie the topic to a guided meditation, some yoga poses, and some psychology concepts.

What the f is wellness?
It might be safe to say that psychology is a well-known concept, but what the f is wellness?
Wellness takes on many forms and has played a large role in societies across the globe for centuries. From Buddhist practices, chakras, self-care, yoga, and holistic medicine. I utilize the Wheel of Wellness and Life Pie to evaluate one’s well-being, as I believe that this is the hallmark of happiness.
Wellness | Life Pie

Questions to ask yourself…
Are some of my life pie slices bigger (more important) or smaller than others?
How would I describe each of my slices (what is in each slice)?
How would I describe the quality each of my slices?
Do my answers to the above questions reflect the life that I want?
