Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are granted if you cancel your therapy appointment more than 24 hours before your session/appointment begins.
No refunds will be granted after that time.
If you were not satisfied with your session, please let us know. Please fill out the feedback option on the Contact Us form. Please note, that a refund will not be issued.
For classes, we do not offer refunds.
For workshops, please cancel at least 24 hours prior to the listed start time in order to receive your full refund. No refunds will be granted after that time.
How do I cancel or reschedule a therapy appointment or group workshop?
All sessions/appointments can be rescheduled and cancelled through your Carepatron account.
Click the Book Appointment button on this website. You’ll be redirected to the Carepatron website. From there, please login to your account and then you can update your session.
If you’re struggling to do this, don’t worry :). Just send us an email more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment or workshop, and we’ll work towards processing your refund as soon as we can. If you don’t hear back from us before your scheduled time, don’t stress out :). As long as your email shows the time and date that you sent it, we’ll be able to honor your cancelation. Please do not join the appointment or workshop that you are canceling or rescheduling.
Is there a cancellation fee?
If you do not cancel or reschedule your therapy appointment more than 24 hours prior to your appointment time, then you will not receive your money back for that session. This will serve as the cancellation fee. Please allow enough time to reschedule or cancel your session in order to avoid this.
If you have booked multiple sessions, this fee will only apply to the specific session that was missed or not rescheduled/cancelled in time.
This fee can be waived in cases involving emergencies. This will be considered on a case-by-case situation..
What is the difference between the live group workshops, classes, and the Wellness by Neptune Roses show?
The Wellness by Neptune Roses show was designed to present information on a wide-range of topics through the lens of wellness and psychology. Although it offers a breadth of information, it mostly provides information relevant to the overall topic that it is discussing. For example, an episode of our show may discuss wellness and psychology findings on topics such as the impact of tablets on toddlers.
On the other hand, our classes dive a little bit deeper into each specific wellness topic. For example, one of our classes talks about nutrition.
With our live group workshops, we will offer information across a variety of wellness tools, and help people identify how to apply it to their life. An example being, in the Relationships workshop, we may venture through how chakras may impact a person’s relationships. We’ll given examples of each chakras impact and encourage our group members to look within to see if they’ve been impacted.
Will there be guaranteed results?
We’re here to help you achieve your goals and find peace. Considering that we can only help, we cannot guarantee any results.
When will you begin offering psychotherapy/ counseling?
We hope to begin offering therapy sooner rather than later. However, Ale will not accept therapy appointments until around 2026.
For your counseling/therapy practice, do you only work with people that are interested in chakras, mindfulness, etc.?
Although we specialize in wellness approaches, we do not force people to practice or gain an interest in it. Thus, we are able to work with people who do not have an interest in it.
Where do you provide classes and workshops?
We provide both learning opportunities online and to people within the United States of America. We plan to expand to Ontario, Canada.
