About | Neptune Roses

Mental health information should be accessible to everyone. We offer classes that cover topics in psychology and wellness. At its core, wellness focuses on the mind, body, and spirit connection. Classes discuss a wide range of topics from mental health disorders to nutrition and feng shui. We also offer a questions and answers (Q&A) segment on the Neptune Roses Wellness Instagram page.

We have an undeniable dedication to the mental health field, and our classes are rooted in thorough research and being able to apply those concepts to real-life situations. Most of our sources include articles, textbooks, interviews, and research. We believe in staying up-to-date with the latest findings and developments to offer the most useful information.

Our | Focus

Our Mission | Educate

We utilize the voices of professionals within the mental health and wellness profession to breakdown research, concepts, and important information to share with the public. Our goal is to make sure that everything is accessible and relatively simple to comprehend.

Our Mission | Provoke Thought

We don’t want our work to stop with classes, rather we want our learners to take what they’ve gathered and talk about it with their communities. Use the information to enhance your life, inform others, advocate for yourself, and continue the discussion by writing to us.

Our Mission | Destigmatize

Although our society has made a generous effort to reduce stigma around mental health, there is still so much work left to do. Through educating and sharing stories, we plan to further destigmatize mental health and its disorders & disabilities.

Ale (all∙ie)

Founder & Instructor

Surprisingly or unsurprisingly, my journey to becoming an educator was far from the straight-and-narrow. After receiving my bachelor’s degree in finance, I spent some time working in accounting in Corporate America and some non-profits. I felt detached from what I was doing and decided to begin a new journey by enrolling in a Masters of Clinical Mental Health Counseling program and becoming a member of Chi Sigma Iota. From there I discovered that it’s possible to love what you do for a living; thus, igniting my passion for teaching psychology and wellness ♡.

Ale - pronounced “all∙ie,” similar to Ali & Ollie.
