About | Neptune Roses
Wellness. It’s at the root of everything we do. The mind, body, and spirit connection (wellness) is not about having the secret to success, but rather about helping people unlock their subconscious mind. Assisting people to figure out what they actually want to do, how they can take steps towards doing it, and helping them stay on track or releasing their fear of pivoting when their original path is no longer in alignment with their goals.
The mind and body connection is pivotal and we utilize the Wheel of Wellness, Resilience Protective Factors, Life Pie, chakras, and mindfulness to help you achieve your goals or create the life of your dreams. Friendship, sense of control, sense of humor, and nutrition are a few of the points on the Wheel of Wellness.
As a graduate student in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program and trained wellness life coach, Ale, the founder of Neptune Roses, is dedicated to helping people piece their lives together and find serenity within.
Ale - pronounced “all∙ie,” similar to Ali & Ollie.

About | Ale
I’ve always had a desire to help people and somehow always gravitated towards places, jobs, and events where I could help people, like the time when I stopped a kidnapping. That’s a crazy story with a surprise ending.
Surprisingly, I ventured into the world of accounting after receiving my bachelor’s degree in finance. Unsurprisingly, I majored in finance because I wanted to help people gain control over their finances. However, life didn’t go that way and I ended up as an accountant working at various corporate companies. My favorite was when I worked at a food bank, but I felt so disconnected from the mission as I sat in front of a computer crunching numbers instead of the people we were helping.
After feeling the stark impact of the shrinking middle class and years of waking up dreading going to work in a career that I “ended up in," I decided to walk away from my life as an accountant and completely start over. I began my journey by enrolling in a Masters of Clinical Mental Health Counseling program and training course in life coaching.
While on this journey, I’ve read several books and taken courses geared towards nutrition, mindfulness, chakras, dream interpretation, and the mind-body connection (wellness). This reignited my passion for wellness, and I’ve been dedicated to educating people on the topic since.
Even though my journey in life has had many twists and turns and side quests, my story is far from over; and the same can be said for yours ♡.
