Wellness

by Neptune Roses

What the f is wellness?

Wellness takes on many forms and has played a large role in societies across the globe for centuries. From Buddhist practices, chakras, self-care, yoga, and holistic medicine. We utilize the Wheel of Wellness and Life Pie to evaluate one’s well-being, as this is the hallmark of our practice and show.

Our | Mission

Educate

We utilize the voices of professionals within the mental health and wellness profession to breakdown research, concepts, and important information to share with the public. Our goal is to make sure that everything is accessible and relatively simple to comprehend.

Provoke Thought

We don’t want our work to stop at just a podcast, rather we want our listeners to take what they’ve gathered and talk about it with their communities. Use the information to enhance your life, inform others, advocate for yourself, and continue the discussion by writing to us.

Destigmatize

Although our society has made a generous effort to reduce stigma around mental health, there is still so much work left to do. Through educating and sharing stories, we plan to further destigmatize mental health and its disorders & disabilities.
